CAPABLE METALWORKING TOOLS
Flap wheels feature a series of coated abrasive flaps mounted to a central hub. The individual flap construction makes these wheels flexible and capable of adapting to workpieces with irregular shapes. Our mounted flap wheels are compatible with die grinders and right angle die grinders. Unmounted flap wheels offer an additional option — instead of hub mounts, this design includes arbors designed for bench grinders, pedestal grinders, and straight grinders.

In addition to a solid hub construction, our wheels provide the perfect balance for chatter-free grinding at a high RPM
Our products are available in multiple sizes to meet the needs of various applications, with stem-mounted options ranging from 5/8-inch to 3-inch flap wheels, and unmounted flap wheels 6 inches in diameter. Choose mounted flap wheels with standard 1/4-inch stem or 1/4-20 threaded stem for a quick no-tool release to save time during changeovers.
TIGER FLAP WHEELS
Tiger flap wheels represent our premium product line for heavy-duty applications and are rated to work at high RPMs. These wheels deliver aggressive cutting action for more productivity. They maintain perfect balance for a smooth, chatter-free finish. Tiger stem mounted flap wheels are available in sizes ranging from 1 to 3-inches in diameter with grit options of 60, 80, and 120.
- Unmounted flap wheels: Our Tiger line also includes our unmounted flap wheels. These large-diameter coated abrasive flap wheels have a 1-inch arbor mount and come in 1- and 2-inch thicknesses, and we have different-sized arbor adapters available. Tiger unmounted flap wheels are available in grit options of 60 and 80.

When the application demands a fast cut-rate and cost-effective price, Wolverine flap wheels are an excellent option. These Value products are professional-grade and the ideal choice for small to medium-sized production environments. Wolverine stem mounted flap wheels are available in sizes spanning 5/8 to 3-inches in diameter with grit options ranging from 40 to 120.
