Digital Content Agreement: Weiler grants Distributor a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, product images, and other approved digital marketing assets (“Brand Assets”) solely for the purpose of marketing, promoting, and selling the Company’s products. Such use may include sharing or posting content on the Distributor’s website, social media channels, and email communications, provided that all Digital Content is used in an unaltered state and in accordance with Weiler’s branding guidelines available at https://www.weilerabrasives.com/media-kit. The unauthorized uploading of Weiler’s video files or other Digital Content to third-party video platforms like YouTube or websites is strictly prohibited, except for sharing or embedding links to content from Weiler’s official digital channels (e.g., Weiler's official YouTube channel). Any use of Brand Assets outside the scope of these Guidelines or for purposes other than those expressly authorized herein is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to revoke this license at any time upon written notice.
